Responsibilities

Attend training until you are qualified to teach each topic

Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings

Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments

Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

Meet buyers and sellers to help reach their goals, including evenings and weekends

Share knowledge in a team environment to better the greater whole of the team

Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on goals
Qualifications

Hold, or actively working towards acquiring a real estate license

Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management

Prepare the necessary paperwork

Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate Markets and Best practices

Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on goals

Meet buyers and sellers to help reach their goals, including evenings and weekends

Proficient in verbal and written communication skills

Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Hold yourself accountable to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success
