As a lead agent within the client care department, you will develop and manage our internal sales team. Coaching the inside sales team to effectively prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the team. You will also be responsible for developing new sales systems and improving upon the old systems in place.
The ideal person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity and appointment setting while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development sales plans and systems

Coach team members while on the phone to handle objections, booking appointments that otherwise would not have been booked without your intervention. Working with the ISA department to ensure that QUALITY appointments are given to our agents

Manage the cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments

Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate opportunities, and overall management of the sales team

Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Minimum of two years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Management

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and engaging prospects throughout the entire sales process

Be a team player who thrives on working with a tight-knit company

Has excellent organizational and time management

Willing to practice, memorize, and internalize scripts

Enthusiastic with excellent people skills

Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented focus
Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000+ yearly
